A former Santana High School student convicted in the 2001 shooting in Santee will be in San Diego Juvenile Court Monday.
Charles “Andy” Williams was 15 at the time of the shooting, and was sentenced to 50 years to life in state prison.
Recent changes to California law allow certain juvenile offenders to seek re-sentencing in juvenile court. Today’s hearing is part of that process.
