(FOX 5/KUSI) — At least three lanes of a stretch of northbound Interstate 5 were temporarily closed Monday morning in central San Diego after a crash.
The crash prompted the closure of the left three northbound lanes close to the intersection with Interstate 8, according to a post on X by Caltrans just before 7:30 a.m.
