SAN DIEGO (Border Report) — Tony Sanchez and his family were temporarily stranded in Chihuahua after their flight was canceled due to the chaos that erupted when a notorious drug lord was killed on Sunday in Mexico.
Mexican special forces not only killed Nemesio “El Mencho” Oseguera, the head of the Jalisco cartel, but also his second-in-command Hugo H., aka “El Tuli,” who unleashed a wave of mayhem throughout Mexico to avenge Oseguera’s death.
