SAN DIEGO, Calif. (FOX 5/KUSI) — A suspect was arrested on Thursday afternoon for allegedly trying to steal from the JCPenney department store in Fashion Valley, according to authorities.
The San Diego Police Department said at about 3:51 p.m., they responded to a report of a stabbing at the JCPenney in Fashion Valley on Friars Road.
