A lawyer and a dad of three is dead after he was allegedly hit by another driver following a minor traffic accident on a California highway earlier this month. His young daughters were in the car at the time of the tragic incident, according to local reports.
On Thursday, Feb. 12, 48-year-old Barrick Lo had just picked up his two daughters, ages 7 and 9, from fencing class and was on his way to meet his wife and 5-year-old son when he was involved in a minor incident with another vehicle on Interstate 805 in San Diego, NBC affiliate KNSD and ABC affiliate KGTV reported.
The family was traveling south on the highway when a car tried to pass their vehicle and bumped into Lo’s car, family friend Peggy Mok told the outlets. Both drivers pulled over to the side of the road, and Lo’s 9-year-old daughter witnessed him approach the other vehicle to exchange insurance details, according to the reports…
