SAN DIEGO, Calif. (FOX 5/KUSI) — A semi truck flipped on the I-15 southbound Wednesday afternoon, causing heavy traffic and congestion where the highway intersects with the I-8.
The area where the accident happened is in Mission Valley, near where a semi truck burst into flames on the I-805 on Tuesday.
