A parolee suspected of luring a 12-year-old into his vehicle in a Bay Terraces-area neighborhood this week, then molesting her, was back behind bars Friday and facing a slate of criminal charges.
Delaeno Moorman, 35, allegedly pulled up alongside the girl on Tuesday as she was walking home from school in the 2400 block of Dusk Drive and coerced her into getting into his vehicle, according to the San Diego Police Department.
