CHULA VISTA, Calif. (FOX 5/KUSI) — A man was killed in a crash near Otay Lake in Chula Vista on Friday, authorities said.
The crash occurred around 11:45 a.m. on Otay Lakes Road, east of Wueste Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the man was driving an Acura sedan westbound on Otay Lakes Road when his vehicle was struck by a Honda sedan traveling eastbound on the same road.
