Baja health, social workers plan blockades at port of entry, toll roads

SAN DIEGO (Border Report) — Starting March 18, a series of blockades and “tollbooth takeovers” are set to begin in Tijuana as part of a protest against the Institute of Security and Social Services for State Workers known in Mexico as ISSSTE.

Union employees made the announcement this week during a news conference in Tijuana.
