SAN DIEGO (Border Report) — After making a delivery in the San Diego area, Trey Dyar found himself 3,000 miles from his North Carolina base looking to wash down his rig at an Otay Mesa, California truck stop.
Dyar purposely bypassed the pumps, unwilling to pay $6.65 a gallon to fuel up.
At other truck stops in the area, operators were charging as much as $6.75 a gallon…
