SAN DIEGO, Calif. (FOX 5/KUSI) — The arraignment of a former San Diego television journalist accused of two shootings on Palomar Mountain was postponed Tuesday as prosecutors continue reviewing the case.
Ricardo Berron, 46, appeared at Vista Superior Court for a scheduled arraignment Tuesday afternoon, but the hearing was delayed while the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office reviews the evidence, a spokesperson said.
