SAN DIEGO, Calif. (FOX 5/KUSI) — The man accused of throwing his girlfriend from a third-floor apartment balcony in San Ysidro last year pleaded not guilty a second time in an amended arraignment hearing Thursday.

Albert Turner, who was 57 at the time, is accused of killing Irene Williams, 61, at the San Ysidro Senior Village after the two had allegedly been arguing, according to witnesses and police.
Williams later died at a hospital from her injuries, which included severe head trauma and a broken femur.
Several neighbors witnessed the incident when it happened in May of last year, and cell phone footage captured the moment Turner was arrested outside of the apartment building…
