SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — A padlocked and abandoned building in the 3600 block of Ocean View Boulevard in Mountain View has been an eyesore and a danger to the community for years, says the San Diego City Attorney’s Office.
City Attorney Heather Ferbert has filed a civil lawsuit against the three owners after she says they’ve failed to maintain the property after years of efforts from the city to work with them.
