Authorities arrested a California parcel service employee accused of stealing checks totaling about $120,000, including one tied to a New York college savings account.
Deangelo Anderson Rodriguez, 25, of Chula Vista, was charged with grand theft, identity theft and forgery, according to the New York State Comptroller’s Office.
