Thirty-two years after a man collapsed on a Pacific Beach porch with fatal stab wounds, San Diego police say they finally have someone in handcuffs. According to The San Diego Union-Tribune, investigators arrested 50-year-old Jeffry Brandenburg on Thursday, on suspicion of murder in the death of 40-year-old Clive Bland.
