With more e-bikes on the road, knowing the latest safety rules matters for everyone. The San Diego County Bicycle Coalition is hosting an interactive class on Saturday, April 4, 2026, at 12 p.m. at the San Diego Public Library – Rancho Peñasquitos (13330 Salmon River Road). You’ll learn about different e-bike types, where and how to ride legally, and the newest laws. The session is open to drivers, pedestrians, and cyclists who want to share the road safely.
