Double Standard, a modern American burger concept, has officially opened its doors in Coronado, offering what its team describes as a classic burger experience with intentional details and a nostalgic feel.
The new restaurant is built on the belief that a great burger should never be ordinary. According to its bio, Double Standard is committed to simple, high-quality ingredients with no seed oils, and, as the team puts it, “At Double Standard, a double is the standard.”
Director of Operations for Blue Bridge Hospitality, Vinny Spatafore, describes the restaurant simply: “Double Standard is really just our version of the burger spot we always felt was missing in Coronado.
