Middle managers face cuts as San Diego tackles deficit

SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — No relief from budget deficits as the city of San Diego tries to make ends meet.

“You might be hearing a lot about middle managers while we work on next year’s city budget,” said Mayor Todd Gloria.
