One woman is dead and another is injured after falling from a border fence in San Diego County.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection says agents found the two women near the secondary barrier after they had apparently fallen while entering the country illegally on Friday.
Officials say one woman was found unconscious and pronounced dead at the scene, while the other was taken to a hospital for treatment and will be processed for illegal entry once released…
