The San Diego County Sheriff’s Office Valley Center Crime Suppression Team, in coordination with the Valley Center Area Investigations Unit, executed a residential search warrant today in the 30000 block of Alta Mira Lane in Valley Center.
During the service of the warrant, deputies arrested four individuals: 54‑year‑old Michael Felsinger, 31‑year‑old Zeda Felsinger, 46‑year‑old Lloyd Castro, and 46‑year‑old Christina Chambers.
