SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — It appears a settlement over the City of San Diego’s controversial trash fees may be in the works and the city may not have to defend itself in court.
On Friday, a civil court judge set Tuesday as the start of the trial in the case of Brown vs. LaCava.
