A missing Bay Area man whose body was found at a San Leandro garbage facility has been identified as 30-year-old Marcus Moore.
Moore was reported missing June 1, one day before his body was discovered at the Davis Street Transfer Station & Recycling Center, according to authorities.
Police are still investigating how Moore died and how his body ended up at the facility. The East Bay Times first reported his identity…
