S.F. man arrested for allegedly driving through Dolores Park, evading police

San Francisco police arrested a 24-year-old man on Monday after investigators said he was linked to a reckless driving incident in Dolores Park captured on viral video over the weekend.

Justice Ray, 24, of San Francisco, was arrested on suspicion of reckless driving, resisting arrest, driving in a restricted bus transit lane and driving without a license, according to police.

The incident was first reported at about 7:55 p.m. Saturday, when a person walked into Mission Station and told police that a vehicle had driven through Dolores Park earlier that day, including across grassy areas where people were gathered.
