A court hearing for a Bay Area college student accused of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl in his dorm room was postponed this week while police investigate whether there may be another victim, prosecutors said.
Andres Manuel Aguilar, 19, had been scheduled for a preliminary hearing Wednesday. The hearing was continued to Aug. 27, according to San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe.
