(KRON) — Police in Oakland are asking for the community’s assistance in finding a missing 10-year-old girl last seen Sunday evening.
Winter Tolliver is described as 4 feet 11 inches tall and weighing 80 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.
The missing Oakland girl was last seen around 6:30 p.m. in the 1300 block of 94th Avenue. She was wearing a cheetah-print bonnet, a white tank top with blue flowers and purple pants…
