Beyond the second day of Outside Lands, San Francisco was packed full of big events Saturday causing heavy traffic across the city.
Lit up on maps in red and orange, many major roads and highways in San Francisco were slow moving or at a stop-and-go pace Saturday afternoon, particularly around Golden Gate Park where the Outside Lands music, food and art festival was expected to draw over 75,000 people each day.
