A Silver Alert has been issued for a 65-year-old San Francisco man with dementia who has been missing since Saturday afternoon.
Jason Chen was last seen at approximately 2:17 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 8, near Third Street and McKinnon Avenue, according to authorities and his family. He is considered an at-risk adult and is believed to be traveling on foot.
