City records show that a new business may soon open at 4601 Geary Blvd, under the name Casito.
Noodle in a Haystack, the $306 prix fixe Michelin-recommended ramen spot that formerly occupied the storefront at 10th Avenue and Geary Boulevard, closed in May, despite a 15,000 person-long waitlist. At the time its owners, Clint and Yoko Tan, said it was in order to focus on opening a fast-casual restaurant in Mission Bay. Not much is yet known about the forthcoming Casito, but we will watch this space…
