The U.S. Coast Guard Sector San Francisco is seeking the whereabouts and contact information of Alan Wright Wokas, the owner of an abandoned 20-foot Moomba boat.
The vessel was located on Friday in the vicinity of Old River near Discovery Bay, approximately one mile north of the Highway 4 bridge.
