OAKLAND — An East Bay nonprofit that focuses on homelessness bought an Oakland hotel engulfed in financial woes, including a failed real estate loan.
Radisson Hotel Oakland Airport was bought by an affiliate of Cardea Health for $15.5 million, documents on file with the Alameda County Recorder’s Office show.
