A little-known real estate firm seeking to build data centers appears to have quietly eyed one of San Francisco’s largest remaining privately held industrial properties on the central waterfront.
Nestory Park Capital launched in late 2024 in El Sobrante with an ambitious mission: transforming underused properties into data centers for major technology tenants. The company, which is headed by David Flaherty of Flair Diversified Properties, lists the 160,000-square-foot flagship San Francisco project on its website, which would rise on 1.6 acres at an undisclosed location.
