A 3-month-old baby who was found unresponsive and later died after being dropped off at a San Francisco daycare center in July had suffered a “sudden unexpected death in infancy,” according to an autopsy report obtained by the Chronicle.
The official manner of death was deemed to be “undetermined,” and San Francisco police said there was no evidence of foul play.
