(KRON) — Police in Emeryville were involved in a standoff with a suspect Tuesday morning near the police department station on Powell Street, according to an advisory from the city. The situation was resolved by 9:48 a.m., and an all-clear was given by officials.
The suspect was possibly armed, the City of Emeryville said at 8:53 a.m.
