SAN FRANCISCO – Fleet Week is coming back to San Francisco next month, and a massive free downtown block party will be held featuring an outdoor screening of the throwback blockbuster film “Top Gun.” The event will also offer musical performances and other entertainment designed for attendees of all ages.

The Yacht Rock Block Party is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 9 on Front Street, along what’s touted as California’s first-ever entertainment zone.
