(KRON) — A 30-year-old man was sentenced Tuesday to six years in state prison for raping an intoxicated 14-year-old girl at a Foster City house party in 2024, prosecutors announced.
On Aug. 5, a San Mateo County jury found Shango Jaja Greer Jr. guilty of all four felony charges against him, including rape of an intoxicated person, oral copulation of an intoxicated person, unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor and lewd act on a child.
Prosecutors said Greer, who was 27 years old at the time and living in San Leandro, first met the victim at the Sequoia Station shopping mall in Redwood City. “A couple of days later victim contacted (Greer) and invited him to party at a vacant apartment in Foster City,” the San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office wrote.

At the April 11, 2024, party, the victim became sick after drinking and started throwing up. “(Greer) had sex with her in this intoxicated condition and then left the apartment,” prosecutors stated…
