San Francisco was hit by multiple large power outages Tuesday morning, affecting thousands of Pacific Gas and Electric Co. customers across widely separated parts of the city.
An outage reported at 8:48 a.m. was affecting 4,430 customers in the city’s Richmond District, according to PG&E’s outage tracker. The utility estimated power would be restored by 1:15 p.m.
