A Blue Angels pilot who performed during San Francisco Fleet Week last month has been removed from the Navy’s famed flight demonstration squadron for failing to meet its standards, officials said Friday.
Maj. Scott Laux will not take part in the Blue Angels’ remaining performances this season, according to the Chief of Naval Air Training public affairs office.
