Steph Curry’s Ridiculous Shot Shockingly Overturned In Warriors-76ers Game

On Wednesday evening, the Golden State Warriors are playing the Philadelphia 76ers in Pennsylvania.

During the first half, two-time MVP Steph Curry had an incredible highlight that went viral on social media.

Curry showed off his handles before making a three-pointer and falling to the ground (plus the foul).

However, the play was negated, as Curry was called for a foul (upon review), so the basket did not count (h/t Warriors on NBCS ).

Curry could be seen getting an explanation from the referee, and the announcers on the television broadcast were baffled that he was called for a foul.

Curry entered the evening with averages of 28.1 points, 4.4 rebounds and 5.0 assists per contest while shooting 46.0% from the field and 41.0% from the three-point range in 44 games.

The superstar guard has been sensational, but the Warriors are the 11th seed in the Western Conference with a 22-25 record in 47 games.

They are 5-5 over their last ten games and most recently beat the Brooklyn Nets by a score of 109-98.
