San Francisco, CA – Tony’s Pizza Napoletana has earned a prestigious spot among the top 10 best pizzerias in the world, according to the Italian pizza guide “50 Top Pizza.” Ranked number 6 globally, Tony’s is the only California pizzeria to crack the top 10 and one of just two in the state to make the top 50, with Pizzeria Sei in Los Angeles coming in at number 33.
Located on Stockton Street in North Beach, Tony’s Pizza Napoletana was praised for its “excellent” Neapolitan-style offerings, including marinara, margherita, and Capodimonte varieties. The guide also highlighted its Detroit-style pizza, calling it “truly remarkable” with generous toppings and a satisfying bite.
Top honors in the list went to New York’s Una Pizza Napoletana.
