A San Francisco man found himself in cuffs after Colma police officers captured him for theft and possession of drug paraphernalia during a routine foot patrol. The incident, which unfolded on September 5, saw the officers alerted to a theft at a business on Junipero Serra Boulevard. According to the Colma Police Department’s Facebook page, the man was caught after he used an emergency exit post-heist at around 9:47 pm.
