( KRON ) — A man has been reported missing by the San Pablo Police Department, the law enforcement agency announced on Wednesday. Juan Delacruz (pictured below) has been missing for weeks, police said.
Delacruz was last seen in downtown Martinez on the afternoon of Aug. 22, according to SPPD. He is diagnosed with schizophrenia and is not from the area.

San Pablo police did not release any further information about this missing person case. SPPD says if you locate Delacruz, contact your local police department.
