CHP said the Vallejo Police Department and H-30 quickly moved to shut down the sideshow, arresting two suspects and seizing their vehicle. Investigators said that the majority of the group then traveled to Richmond, where CHP Contra Costa Area intervened, ending the sideshow there. One vehicle fled and was pursued into San Francisco, where officers arrested two more suspects and impounded the vehicle.

More suspects made their way to Oakland, where CHP said officers responded quickly, resulting in 16 additional arrests, six vehicles impounded, and one gun seized.

There are currently no details on the charges facing the suspects.
