HAYWARD – A 25-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of fatally shooting his father at a Hayward warehouse and hiding the body in a Union City dumpster, police said. The case kicked off Wednesday, when family members requested a welfare check for a father and son, the Hayward Police Department said in a news release. The father did not report to work earlier in the day and he was not answering his cellphone.
