‘Daylighting’ Laws Will Be Enforced in the Bay Area in 2025. Here’s How to Avoid a Ticket

A new year is around the corner – and with it comes a raft of new laws in California. One of the most talked-about new laws in the state is Assembly Bill 413, which enforces something called “daylighting.” In a nutshell, daylighting will now make it illegal to park a car within 20 feet of a pedestrian crosswalk.
