SAN FRANCISCO, CA — “On March 14, 2025, San Francisco Police officers from the Community Violence Reduction Team (CVRT) were patrolling the area of the 1800 block of Sunnydale Avenue when they observed a large group of unknown individuals standing around a parked vehicle. As officers approached, the group of subjects started fleeing from the area.
When officers peered inside of the unoccupied vehicle, they observed firearms in plain view. Officers towed the abandoned vehicle for further investigation. Upon a search of the vehicle, the officers located a total of 5 loaded firearms, which were all seized for the investigation.
