SAN FRANCISCO, California — A 26-year-old Honduran national, Henry Jovany Sevilla, has been sentenced to 48 months in federal prison for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, fentanyl, and heroin.
U.S. District Judge James Donato delivered the sentence after Sevilla pleaded guilty in December 2024 to three counts of possession with intent to distribute the drugs. The charges stemmed from an incident on May 14, 2024, when officers observed Sevilla conducting three hand-to-hand drug sales in San Francisco’s Tenderloin neighborhood.
