S.F. DA charges two people with narcotics trafficking

Two people were charged with narcotics trafficking after they were allegedly found with over half a pound of fentanyl, heroin, crack cocaine and $2,000 in cash this week, law enforcement officials said Friday.

San Francisco District Attorney Brooke Jenkins’ office charged  Jose Espinoza-Santos, 57, and Aaryn Stacy, 31, with multiple felonies, including two counts of possession for sale of controlled substances, one count of possession for sale cocaine base and one count of possession for sale of methamphetamine.

Jenkins’ office said that San Francisco police witnessed a woman hand Espinoza-Santos money before she received a portion from a bag of suspected narcotics. Espinoza-Santos then walked over to Stacy and put the money in a bag on her chest, the district attorney’s office said…
