California Wind Advisory: 55 MPH Gusts Hit Bay Area Hills Until 2 p.m. Monday

San Francisco, California – Strong winds are expected to slam parts of the Bay Area through Monday afternoon, with gusts up to 55 mph posing risks to power lines, trees, and drivers in hilly regions.

According to the National Weather Service, a Wind Advisory remains in effect until 2 p.m. Monday for the East Bay Hills and North Bay Interior Mountains. Sustained north winds between 20 and 30 mph, with peak gusts reaching 55 mph, could knock down tree limbs, scatter debris, and trigger sporadic power outages.
