(KRON) – A perfume theft resulted in a loss prevention officer being assaulted last week, according to the Daly City Police Department.
The theft transpired on May 16. Daly City police officers responded to the Macy’s in the Serramonte Center at around 7:13 p.m.
Arriving officers were informed that the suspect and two other people were in the Macy’s when the suspect concealed two fragrance sets in a bag. The suspect attempted to leave the store when the store’s asset protection detective tried to detain the suspect.
