Following a reported assault in Bayfront Park, authorities arrested a 27-year-old Richmond man. The incident, which occurred on Wednesday at around 2:00 PM, involved two individuals who were walking their dog and were subsequently attacked by the suspect, now identified as Miguel Patino. The victims needed medical assistance, a testament to the gravity of the altercation, which prompted a prompt response from law enforcement officials.
